Chemical Peels
Removing the top layers of the skin means removing common skin imperfections, such as skin discoloration, scars, and wrinkles. We offer quick, easy, and effective chemical peel services at our Centennial clinic.
Rejuvenating Facial
A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin that grows back after a chemical peel is smoother and younger looking. Chemical peels are used to treat wrinkles, skin discoloration and scars — typically on the face, but can be done on the body, to treat stretch marks and loose skin. At our med spa in Centennial, a chemical peel can be done alone or in combination with other cosmetic procedures.
Chemical peels can be done at different depths — light, medium or deep — depending on your desired results. Each type of chemical peel uses a different chemical solution. Deeper peels produce more-dramatic results, but also involve longer recovery times.
Risks:
Mild swelling and erythema post procedure might be present. Proper use of SPF and avoidance of sun is critical to avoid post inflammatory hyperpigmentation! Note: some chemical peels can be done all year around and do not require as much of sun protection (which is always important for anti-aging purposes).
Procedure:
Procedure usually take on average 30-40 minutes. No numbing is used during a chemical peel service at our Centennial med spa. This is because this treatment is very comfortable and you are likely to feel only a mild sensation of tingling. Warmth will be present only with mid to deep peels. With certain chemical peels clients will be sent home with peel being still on the face, and with post instructions to keep peel on until the next morning.
Homecare:
Pt will go home with homeware products such as – mild cleanser, lubricating and moisturizing cream, growth factor gel and SPF. All products provided are Rhonda Allison skincare line.

Yellow Peel by Sesderma
Retises is the gold standard based on retinol which strengthens and accelerates results in anti-aging, acne, and hyperpigmentation treatments.
Retinol is a retinoid precursor of retinoic acid. It accelerates mitosis, increases the enzymatic activity and normalizes keratinization. Nourishes the skin, prevents the appearance of new wrinkles, reduces the depth of existing wrinkles, and increases skin´s elasticity. Furthermore, retinol attenuates the blemishes caused by excessive exposure to UV radiation, regulating keratinocyte mobility and proliferation. At our med spa in Centennial, we use these peels in combination with other antiaging, repairing, or depigmenting treatments (chemical peels, laser, IPL…).
SaliPeel by Sesderma
The Nanosomed peel system is a salicylic acid peel service offered at our Centennial clinic. This system also includes linoleic acid and ethyl-citrate to treat severe acne lesions.
Properties of salicylic acid
Salicylic acid has comedolytic, keratolytic, sebum regulating, anti-inflammatory (inhibits the synthesis of prostagl andins), antiseptic, antimicrobial (reduces the population), and astringent properties. Properties of linoleic acid and ethyl citrate Linoleic acid and ethyl citrate reduce the production of DHT by creating an acidic environment that delays bacterial growth and consequently the concentration of bacteria is kept under control.
Hibiscus Peel by RA
With the next generation of AHAs and enhanced with a mandelic complex, Hibiscus Peel is a non-irritating, phytobioactive peel that accelerates cell turnover while providing skin lightening, healing, and moisturizing benefits. Great for all skin types, our Centennial clinic’s hibiscus peel treatments fight the signs of aging and brighten skin tone while improving cell regeneration. On its own or paired with other skin peeling applications, including those for hyperpigmentation, acne, or healthy aging, the Mandelic/Phytic/Pyruvic complex will tone skin, stimulate collagen activity, balance excess oil, and provide antioxidant benefits.
Apple Wine peel by RA
Apple Wine Peel is a mild, natural, superficial peeling agent that may be used for many skin conditions, giving skin an extra boost. Providing noticeable benefits for firming and toning as well as antioxidant support, Apple Wine Peel creates cell turnover while softening and hydrating skin as wine components provide skin additional nutrient value.
